The challenges are the out come of technical complications inherent in the advance technology embracing the industry including but no limited to co-related social dynamics and practical statistic.
This is the philosophy which has motivated the partners of this firm possessing vast experience of the trade to get together on a platform from where joint efforts with most economical solutions in the execution of most difficult projects shall be accepted with the application of experience in enterprise, managerial talent coupled with employment of competent personnel and skilled labor for timely and qualitative completion of all projects.
In independent capacity each partner of this firm has worked on many projects for the last twenty to twenty five years. During the year 1996 all the three partners of the firm previously working as independent petty contractors have decided to co-ordinate and compound all their resources and energy at one platform to undertake and accept major projects in future.
This implies that in the field of transmission line and grid station construction industry one more reliable group is prepared to undertake all challenging jobs in competition with the long established contractors with emphasis on timely completion and quality assurance to the entire satisfaction of owners and their consultants.
The constituents who launched the establishment of M/S National Heritage Constructors Lahore were very much active and mobile in the vast field of transmission line and grid stations construction industry since the year 1992.
Most of the civil works related to tower foundations on 220kv Sahiwal-Dina Nath Kot Lakhpat transmission line were carried out by M/s National Heritage Constructors Lahore as a sub-contractor to other Chinese firm named M/s China Petroleum Engineering Construction corporation and M/S North East China Electric Power Import & Export Corporation (NEIE).
The company shall prove to be as efficient and dynamic organization brimming with enthusiasm based on solid experience of working on various transmission lines and grid stations with main contractors. This setup shall become actively engaged in 500kv, 220kv & 132kv transmission lines and Grid stations construction. The firm has consolidated experience and motivation in the field mentioned in the foregoing.
M/s National Heritage Constructors Lahore possessing necessary qualification and relevant experience are readily mobilized to work as sub-contractor with well known established and private organizations working with WAPDA as main contractors and will also avail the chance to work as main contractor on forth coming projects. The basic motto of the firm is to render qualitative services within quantitative targets. The firm is very keen to offer a wide spectrum to expertise and rich experience in challenging environs of transmission lines and grid stations projects.
The company has recently been registered as partnership with all the three partners having vast experience of high voltage transmission lines and grid stations construction and other field of electrical technology. It possesses not only technical but also managerial capability and can handle the same quite efficiently, the employment of technical field staff on various sites for execution of different project. The organization breakup is annexed hereto.
Company has established its Head office at Lahore in the premises Flat no. A-1, 17-M Model Town Extension to look after the business of the projects geographically spread over the country. The office is well equipped & furnished with all latest technologies to cater the needs of accounting, computation and distant communication operated by well experienced staff employed on permanent basis.
